We're a small studio of engineers and operators who build custom AI systems for founders — not off-the-shelf copilots, but workflows, agents and models cut to the exact contour of how your business already runs.

AI strategy & roadmap

A two-week diagnostic: we audit your stack, interview your team, and leave you with a prioritized 90-day roadmap of the AI wedges worth building — and the ones worth skipping.

Custom agent builds

End-to-end design and implementation of agents and workflows that replace real, specific work — not generic chat. Ships to production with evals, guardrails and a handoff document your team can actually maintain.

LLM integration & fine-tuning

When base models aren't enough: evaluation harnesses, retrieval pipelines, prompt systems, and fine-tunes on your proprietary data — with honest tradeoffs about cost, latency and lift.

Hourly consulting

Sometimes you don't need a build — you need another set of eyes. Bring us a stack, a vendor quote, a half-built workflow, or a problem you can't name yet. We'll help you think clearly about it and leave you with a short written take.

03 / Process

Four phases. No theatre.

Every engagement follows the same shape — because the mistakes we don't want to make are usually the ones that happen before any code is written.

Phase I

Listen

One or two calls — that's the whole phase. We ask how the work actually runs today, what's broken, and where the money leaks. No deck, no questionnaire, just conversation.

  • 1–2 discovery calls
  • Quick stack review
  • Gut-check on fit
Phase II

Map

Written straight from those calls: a short doc that names the one or two workflows worth automating first, with honest estimates and an explicit list of what we'd skip.

  • Opportunity map
  • Scope & estimates
  • Success criteria
Phase III

Build

Short, visible sprints. Evals from day one. You see the work in a staging environment every week and can stop us any time the math changes.

  • Weekly ship cadence
  • Eval-first development
  • Paired with your team
Phase IV

Hand off

We leave behind the system, the runbook, the tests, and a human on your team who can maintain it. Optional 30-day warranty.

  • Runbook & docs
  • Team enablement
  • Warranty window

Home-services business · Founder-led, 14 staff

An inbound voice agent that answers every call on the first ring.

They were missing a third of their calls — booked jobs walking to a competitor. We built a custom inbound voice agent that qualifies, quotes, and books into their calendar, with warm handoff to a human the moment things get weird.

Problem

Calls were landing while their two office staff were already on the phone. Voicemail conversion was bad and getting worse — roughly 32% of inbound rang out. Every missed call was a job going to whoever picked up next.

What we built

A custom inbound voice agent that answers on the first ring, qualifies the caller against their service area and job type, gives a ballpark quote from their rate card, and books the appointment directly into their calendar. It transfers to a human the second the call goes off-script, and every conversation is transcribed into their CRM with the reason it did or didn't book.

Outbound outreach with real lead validation and grading.

Their SDR was working a list that was half dead. We built an outbound system that validates every lead before it's ever contacted, grades fit against their ICP, and only drafts sequences for the ones worth a founder's time.

Problem

They were paying for a list provider, an enrichment tool, and a sequencing tool — and still sending half their volume to people who'd left the company, didn't fit the ICP, or had been contacted twice already. Reply rates were embarrassing and their SDR was burning out reading bounce reports.

What we built

A lead pipeline that validates contacts (is this person still there? is the domain real? have we already talked to them?) and then grades each remaining lead A/B/C against their ICP using their actual closed-won data. Only A-grade leads get a personalized sequence drafted for founder review. Everything else is triaged or binned with a reason.

Boutique consulting firm · Partners of 4

A quiet intake agent that turned form submissions into qualified calls.

Their website form was generating leads but nothing was happening between submission and a partner picking up. We built a lightweight intake agent that enriches, qualifies, and books the right leads onto the right partner's calendar.

Problem

New inquiries sat in a shared inbox until someone remembered to triage them. By the time a partner responded, the lead had often gone cold or talked to a competitor. There was no consistent way to decide who should take which call.

What we built

An intake agent that fires the moment a form is submitted: enriches the contact, writes a short qualification memo, scores fit and urgency, and books the lead onto the correct partner's calendar with a briefing note in the invite. Partners walk into calls already knowing who they're talking to.

What our clients say when the call is off the record.

"
Attrados is the first AI partner we've worked with who pushed back on scope. They talked us out of automating two things. Both would have been disasters.

They wrote the runbook so well our junior ops lead could maintain the agent alone. That's the benchmark now.

06 / FAQ

Questions we keep getting asked.

How small is too small to work with you?

Not small at all — we work with 1–2 person shops all day. If you've got a repeating workflow eating your time and a phone that rings more than you can answer, we can help. Solo founders and tiny teams are often where the wins are biggest.

Do you replace our team, or work alongside them?

Alongside, always. We pair with whoever's already doing the work — the founder, the office manager, the one tech person you've got. Every engagement ends with someone on your side who can keep it running.

What does an engagement cost?

It depends on scope — every build is quoted after we've talked. Inbound voice agents typically start in the low thousands; outbound systems with lead validation and grading sit somewhere above that; larger custom builds are priced per project. We also offer hourly consulting if you just want another set of eyes on your stack or a second opinion before you build something yourself. No pricing trap doors, no hourly surprises on fixed work.

What happens to our data?

Your data stays yours. If you need it fully walled off, we can deploy on a VPS — a virtual private server, basically a dedicated slice of cloud hosting only you have the keys to — so nothing leaves your perimeter. Most small businesses don't need that level, but if you do, we'll set it up.

How fast can we go live?

A simple inbound voice agent can be answering your phones in 2–3 weeks. Outbound systems usually take 4–5. Bigger custom builds run 6–10. We'll give you a real date, not a range, before we start.

Why "Attrados"?

From ad tradendum — Latin, "to hand over." We build things that we intend, from day one, to hand over. That's the whole posture.
